Coaching Relationship Advisory Subscription
The Coaching Relationship is a 12-month subscription agreement that provides on-going support to our Client at very low-cost and is targeted at Clients responsible for a relatively mature activity. Typically, these Clients wanted a trusted advisor who can help them fine tune their operations and act as a sounding board. Key service components include:
- Dedicated Mentor – committed to building a deep, personal relationship
- Weekly Teleconference – Dedicated Mentor discusses and prescribes actions for improvement with Chief Architect, EA Team or other relevant audiences
- Quarterly Reviews – regularly scheduled teleconference with your Dedicated Mentor to discuss current issues and challenges
- 1 Day On-Site Support (travel expenses paid by client)
- Defined Ad hoc Telephone Inquiry and Document Review – direct access to your Dedicated Mentor for up to 2 additional hours per month
- ‘Directions’ Teleconferences – Directions Teleconferences are open to all clients and cover key issues and trends
Teaming Relationship Advisory Subscription
The Teaming Relationship is a 12-month subscription agreement that provides intense, ongoing, proactive support of our Clients and includes:
- Dedicated Mentor – committed to building a deep, personal relationship
- Weekly Teleconference – Dedicated Mentor discusses and prescribes actions for improvement with Chief Architect, EA Team or other relevant audiences
- Monthly Reviews – regularly scheduled teleconference with your Dedicated Mentor to discuss current issues and challenges
- 4 Days On-Site Support (travel expenses paid by client)
- Document Review – Your Dedicated Mentor will review and comment on your team’s deliverables and artifacts
- Unlimited Ad hoc Telephone Inquiry – you have direct access to your Dedicated Mentor
- ‘Directions’ Teleconferences – Directions Teleconferences are open to all clients and cover key issues and trends.
